This is by far the worst agency I've ever used. I called Kathy the "manager" to cancel my policy because I could not get anyone to respond when I called or emailed. She only took interest when she found out I was cancelling. She then began to bash my new agent and libel them saying they had no idea what they were doing. Kathy apparently knows everyone in the world so she can make that judgment. Anyway their pricing is expensive, service is horrible, staff disrespectful. don't walk away from the agency. RUN!

Called Laurie to cancel a policy due to a 50% price increase without explanation or any claims and she could not find the policy so I had to rely on the insurance carrier to initiate a cancellation. She was not helpful and very short at the end saying "I guess we are through" in a snooty way because I would not provide the name of my new insurer. I was polite the entire conversation. Avoid!
