Needed insurance coverage on an investment property (condo). Called a few agencies and brokers and most seemed like they were not interested, new to the industry or just incompetent. A friend referred me to FIB Insurance and I was I connected to a gentleman called David. Within 30 minutes I received several competitive quotes, a clear explanation of policy coverages and walked out with a great policy. Even called back after hours with a few questions and he returned my call within the hour. If anyone is looking for a condo or homeowners policy try David at FIB.
