Sharon Morin has taken care of all our personal insurance as well as new Business Accounts. She absolutely gets you the cheapest insurance there is. I went through everyone including Geico when I first got my car and those other insurance companies would have robbed me if I didn't reach out to Sharon. She is truly such a genuine great person. I have told my friends about her and once they call and get a quote they are blown away by the difference!

My experience with First American has always been great! ALL of the people here have been very helpful! Kristie Learned really goes to great lengths to optimize my policy. Any (life) problems that I may have incurred she went above and beyond to help me get back on track! Brimfield Office- Sharon is just amazing! Very polite and professional every time I call or need something. I get my questions answered quickly and efficiently, I don't get transferred to someone else and put on hold. If she doesn't have an answer immediately I can rest assured that I will have the information I need in a timely manner. Tracy is also terrific, always professional and polite!

My husband and I have been customers for many years. We have an abundance of policies, including a business policy. We have always been able to call with any questions that arise ( and there are a bunch). Sharon Morin has been able to help us at any given moment. If she cannot answer them right away she finds the answers and calls us back promptly to relay the necessary information. there has never been a time that she hasn't been there for us, she makes us feel like family. Kristie was knowledgeable and thorough. She answered any questions we had in attaining our home and auto policies, saved us significantly more than our prior agency/carrier while maintaining high levels of coverage, and she is both pleasant and hilarious! Really pleased with our transition over to First American last year. Additionally, Kristie helped me when I purchased a new vehicle last fall and most recently checked in with us ahead of renewal to assure us she'd be working on our existing policies to keep the premiums down. I was looking for a Works Comp Insurance in the state of Massachusetts and after getting no for an answer or pushed away. I came across First American Insurance Agency and had the opportunity to talk to Ginger. Not only did she not push me away but she took me in as a client and was patient. All the questions that I had, Ginger answered them at a timely manner and appropriately. Ginger was also detailed and always assured me of the whole process and what was to be expected.
