Over 30 years ago, a group of general agents learned of major changes a carrier was making that would change the relationship and business dealings between the carrier and their agencies. These general agents quickly formed a study group to explore and evaluate both their individual and group options.
Professional camaraderie, friendship and access to a wealth of intellectual capital are a hallmark of NBA. NBA offers top contracts, incredible technology savings and an in-house underwriter as well as the only NMO with its own year-round teaching university, NBA Academy, that to provides training for agency principals, staff, marketers and down-line agents via video steaming.
