We've been with Focus Benefits for more than 20 years. Bill Weaver, Layle White and the crew have always been trusted partners for us. They are thorough, extremely knowledgeable and an indispensable resource. I highly recommend them to my business contacts and friends. Our employees like the fact that they can get answers to questions right away (as apposed to the run around you get from insurance companies).
You cant go wrong with Focus Benefits! Update 3-18-2019: Bill and Layle stepped in when our insurance company was tying to decline coverage on a claim my family was involved in. Blue Cross of AZ declined covered, after they had approved coverage, on services being rendered for my son at a hospital. Bill and Layle were able to get insurance company executives involved into the conversation and we were able to come to a great resolution for my child. I can't recommend a better insurance broker to work with and am extremely happy with their result (as usual). Thanks you guys, again, for the great service.

After only a few minutes with Bill on the phone, I knew I had made the right call! I had been working with another insurance broker to find group health insurance for our small business. It had been a frustrating process, so I decided to look for a different broker. I found Focus Benefits Group through a google search, saw a few 5-star reviews, and gave them a call.

Bill is a life saver, I don't know what I would have done without his help. I had a huge issue with two insurance companies where I was stuck in the middle. I had been trying to resolve the problem for months and was getting nowhere. Once Bill stepped in, everything changed. I loved how knowledgeable, professional and kind he was. We were looking at our health care options for my family. My husband started a new job and we were trying to get the best coverage for the lowest cost. Bill took the time to get to know our needs and goals. What impressed us was the fact his recommendation was just for me to get my own plan due to my health condition. Bill would have made more money by recommending our children be added to my plan.
