I can't say enough good things about Katie and Foundation Insurance Group and the insurance company Erie that Katie provided for me. As y'all know my car was stolen in June and I was able to call katie and they started my claim immediately and had me in a rental the next day. My car was eventually found but totaled. The process was honestly quite simple working with katie and Erie definitely made this time in my life less stressful.

The best part about the situation was Katie provided me with "New Auto Security" which insured that if my car was to be totaled, they would replace it with a model that was two years newer and with 30k less miles. I was able to upgrade my recovered vehicle hassle free. I honestly don't know what would've happened if I hadn't worked with Katie and switched to Erie insurance but I'm beyond thankful that I did.

I moved to Foundation because of George Connors. I had been with the same agency for years. They had drifted more toward commercial. The people I had started with had left. The new people weren't bad; they just did provide me with any feeling they cared. Plus, they were more expensive than the plans that George found for me.

My company pays automatically from my bank account monthly, all my vehicles info was given to them and have letter to show insurance but when I was in a wreck and time for them to take care now I all of a sudden have no insurance for that vehicle. Sounds like they don't want to do their job as an insurance company. Very dissatisfied with them.

I ended up leaving the (big name) insurance group I had been with for almost 20yrs. Despite being with them for so long (and 0 claims), my auto premiums kept increasing every renewal period. The transparency was key. Jack made the whole process super easy. Great rates with great coverage! I had some issues with my previous insurance provide (USAA) and Jack stepped in and took care of them.

I was able to get great insurance at a reasonable price. Tried all the others. Some wanted as high as $5000 for 6 month with my 16 y/o son on the policy. Foundation found the best rate for me and my son at almost half of what pro#&$%sive quoted.

George Connors has given me great service on my home and auto coverage. He and Amber have returned my phone calls with the answers to my questions or policy updates, along with rates for various model cars while I was shopping. I would recommend Foundation Group for insurance needs to my family and friends.

George Connors is an incredible help. Not only did he save me money on my car insurance, he was able to improve my coverage. I am more confident on the roadways knowing I have top notch insurance. Similarly, he and the foundation team helped secure great homeowners' coverage as well. Jack, George, Amber, and team are the real deal.
