The people are so nice, caring, and work very diligently to service the insurance needs specific to your home, autos, and recreational vehicles. They also search for which company is best for you as they can check policies with many different insurance carriers. When you call for a quote you will be informed of the information you'll need and the quote usually will be given to you that same day or the next day!

Insured my first car here back when I was in school. Friendly staff but they have a tendency to quote much lower than what your insurance will be or increase your premium for seemingly no reason other a "error" made when giving you your initial quote and first few payments. A friend of mine just had a similar situation with them as well. I've been insured with state farm ever since.

Hands down the best experience I've ever had with a insurance company. From the agent to the customer service representative everyone was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered in detail and with a smile. They were very patient and understanding. In a day and age where everything and everybody is in a hurry it's very re - freshening to have a local company with a hometown family feel that you know genuinely cares about your needs.
