Tim is extremely knowledgeable and looks to personalize your policy to what you need and not for things you don't. I am in the insurance industry and still had questions and he was there every step of the way. I am comfortable following up with him time to time as things come up and he is very responsive. They took great care of me here. They made sure that I had all the coverages that I needed and did their best to get me a quality product at a great price. I went in knowing nothing about insurance except that I needed it and wanted the best price. The staff was patient with me and took the time to explain the policy and answer all of my questions.
