As the agency strives for continued growth and prosperity, we remember our past and look to the future. Warren A. Gingrich was Founder and President of the agency. Warren graduated from Gettysburg College in 1949. He worked as a field representative for Aetna Company in Pittsburgh for five years. With the connection of a large trucking company, he was able to establish his own agency in downtown Altoona. In 1956, he acquired his first agency. Over the next fifteen years, he acquired ten more agencies as his staff grew from two to ten people.
