I really have bad experience with this company, I was looking for quote for my limo company, I spoke to an agent and I did email all the docs and info he was asking for, he told me that I will get a quote within 4 days, I never heard back from him, I had to call him many times and text him to get an answer, probably I called him 15 times he only answered twice, and also never respond back on text messages.

Anyway it took me almost 5 weeks to get an answer from him by text message (he didn't even call me) saying that he couldn't get me coverage because it's a new venture and he doesn't have market for that. It's really a shame. I don't understand how come this Brooker company has being in this business for 85 yrs?

These people are vicious. Having dealt with them on various business dealings they are two faced and only care about their owns pockets. They could care less who you are unless you make them money. The benefits department is run by loons that have zero respect for their employees.
