Gladiator Low Cost Auto Insurance

Wishing I could give negative stars to these con artists I pay my premium for 3 cars and 2 drivers in full for 6 months. Dropped 1 driver and 2 cars and was told I would be getting a 374.00 refund. After side stepping and acting stupid for over 6 weeks with multiple lame ass excuses they say my check is ready so when I get there the check is 100.00 less than both those licensed agents neither of which has any moral turpitude.but definently are accredited con artists and nothing more than a criminal. Letting the public knowvdont use these people as they will rip you off at the first chance they get! I am now contacting California Department of Insurance and hopefully they will get audited and exposed as the obvious fraud they are

I have been going here for the last 12 years. I love all the lady's. They have always treated me with respect and went above and beyond to help me. Not to mention the rates are great.

They never answer the phone and when they decide to answer, they say we have to call you back and they never do. During covid we waited outside burning sun doing business out of a window and 2 people waiting for 40 minutes cause they were on the phone she comes to the window on a private phone call laughing meanwhile we r dying outside. Terrible service during the pandemic. Terrible.

The best place for insurance! The agents are so helpful and knowledgeable! Great customer service every time I go in! Been with since I was 18 yrs old and I am in my 40s lol. Great prices and always trying to get the best rate! They treat you like family!

GREAT STAFF! Esmeralda was so friendly and is always willing to help with a smile on her face! I have been with them since 2010 and its always been a pleasure! I have called around just because you want to make sure you are getting the best deal, lol and there are some dishonest people they quote something over the phone and switch it when you come in! aka Freeway and Cost u less are the ones that did! And of course I do have the best deal!

I've been using insurance through this agency for over a year and for ten months I've been fairly happy with the service here. Over the last three months has been an absolute nightmare to deal with them. The staff is pretty nice overall. The issue I have had with this company is the consistent trouble of being given the run around with them. The inconsistent rules have made it unpleasant to deal with and will be leaving to another insurance company soon.

Best service from the nice staff there. I do recommend people check this place out. saved me a ton on cash. Esmeralda and Sonia are the best agents.

AWESOME PLACE! I got insurance at Gladiator and the down payment was $85.00 and that included my first month of insurance. then my monthly payment was just $28.00 per month. I only got liability insurance because I'm on fixed income. All the other insurance companies wanted like $300 or more to start! That's Crazy! The Girls there are so nice and happy to see me every time I go in to make my payment. I highly recommend Gladiator Insurance to everyone. and, by now, I have probably sent at least 10 of my friends and family and they are happy too. Thank You, Alfredo.

I have done business with these people since I started driving 10 years ago and after today that is over. I'm not going to go into details, but I'm so livid with the experience I had today, that from now on, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This has the best customer service, very helpful and treat you like family. They try their hardest to get you the best prices! Right when you walk in you are greeted and you can tell that you are in good hands. I highly recommend this place to everyone, my friends and family. Insurance for great prices, doesn't get any better! Come here, you won't regret it!

Awful experience unprofessional and rude. Extremely slow service. With a bad attitude most awful place in all modesto to attempt to get insurance do not go there it sucks

Every time I call asking about a question or doing a follow up on my insurance, they have been very rude. I don't even feel comfortable anymore to pick up the phone and just ask. Seems like a bunch of women running the place who's always on their period. Due to terrible customer service all my vehicles are no longer with their company. Good luck.
