Zero stars is more like it. I have had issues for years with this company, but this past week was the last straw. My daughters car was hit by a drunk driver. We didn't know if the guy had insurance. I called and spoke with Tonya. The first day she was trying to get my agent Blake Danielson to contact me. He never did and never has. The accident happened on Dec. 1st On January 11, I got a letter dated Dec. 2 saying someone would reach out to us about the claim. WOW.

I never got an answer to why the letter was sent out so late. I called the next day (from begging for a phone call from my agent with urgent questions). This time Tonya was RUDE. She said Blake was busy I pay him to respond, how hard is it for him to do that. I asked for a meeting and they refused. No one has called me back and it's been a week.

Now we have more questions, but I refuse to try and get answers from Blake. I tried reaching out to the 1 800 number with again no luck. Their road side service is a joke. They won't come out, they make insensitive jokes as you are stranded and they never answer the road side assistance phone! RUN FROM THIS PLACE.

I've been with Dahlmeir for almost 2 years now and I couldn't be happier. I run a moving business in town and they handle all my insurance needs and handle it well. Special shout out to Seth Allgood who is my contact there. His professionalism and attention to detail is the best in the business. He deserves every dollar they pay him.

Horrible service. I wouldn't even give 1 star. Went through the Camp Fire and lost my home and pets. I did all the insurance work. They did nothing, and I mean NOTHING. They never called to see if anything was needed nor did any paperwork. I called and was told/yelled at by 'Cindy' to call the insurance company myself. Unprofessional and would not reccomend.

I'd never recommend this company for a residential brokerage company. We lost our home in the Camp Fire, and not once did anyone ever called from this company. I've still never spoken directly to our "agent" only assistants. The agent has changed multiple times. I've had to deal directly with our insurance company without their assistance. No one ever contacted us to go over our policies, only indicating we had "plenty of insurance for a mobile". Which we didn't. Go anywhere else but here.

If you have a small business, go elsewhere. Worst customer service ever. Kathy is awful. I see from another review, that this is not news. Its a small town, they seem to have no regard for what small businesses go through. Luckily, I found other insurance so both my mentor and I left them. I called and complained, but seriously doubt they did anything to remedy this. If you don't like your job, do something else.

These people are heartless thieves don't go unless you want to be robbed. They canceled a friends auto policy saying he hadn't paid then left him without insurance even after having already paid them. He then got hit in during the evacuation from paradise and should have been covered but found out he wasn't because they had canceled his policy and sent his notification to year old address he had already had removed from the account.

The people here are great until you do something that one of the staff doesn't like. Then they all make sure your insurance is useless. I paid a year in advance on renters insurance to find out they had changed my insured address to a PO Box and refused to switch it back even alluring and after the paradise fire that' destroyed my family's home. Don't ever trust them with you money and never trust them with your family's secuity. They are liar and thief's and don't care who or what is effected by what they do.

I was at first glance very impressed with this office. I needed them to draft me a notary public bond and the woman who did it, Kathy, did it over the phone and was SO NICE. She did everything quickly over the phone with me (surprisingly quickly) and I paid for it over the phone using my bank card. She then told me that I could come anytime before 4:30 PM to pick it up from their office.

I left my work office about 30 minutes later to go pick it up and then from there I was going to go to straight to the Butte County Clerk Recorders office to go file my new notary oath and bond. I got to their office to pick it up and it was immediately ready for me in a folder at the front receptionist desk, and the receptionist just handed it to me.

I then drove all the way down to Oroville and got to the county recorder's office and realized that Kathy printed me out the wrong form. She also charged me the extra amount for the bond being as how the bond is more expensive to purchase than the errors and emissions form they just have to print. She drafted me an errors and emissions insurance form after being on the phone with her and repeatedly hearing her say the words NOTARY BOND.

I was sent away and luckily this insurance agency has a location in Oroville as well and I went to their Oroville location and was helped by a woman named Cindy, who happened the General Manager of both offices. This actually turned out to be a disaster. Apparently the process that is necessary, and the completion of a bond application that they have to do is extensive and twice as extensive when there has been a mistake made.

I ended up in the Oroville insurance office for almost TWO HOURS for them to try to fix the mistake their Chico office made! After everything was said and done Cindy repeatedly apologized for the hefty mistake that was made and they had to credit a bunch of money back to my card that could take up to 30 days to process and go back into my bank account.

When they were almost done drafting my bond, Cindy realized that her signature had to be notarized on my bond and their notary public was on vacation. So she had to get in her car, and I had to follow her all the way across Oroville to a place she found on Google to get her signature notarized, only to find out that once we got to their location she wrote down from Google that the copy place that had the notary in it had moved locations.

So we had to drive all the way back across town again and where they moved to ended up being not even a 60 second drive from their insurance office (which I feel like she should have verified their address while on the phone asking if there was a notary there today). Overall I am pretty displeased with the unprofessionalness of this insurance company.

Spending over two hours when I could have been at work, and NOT losing money could have been avoided if the first lady, Kathy would have just paid more attention and slowed the heck down rather that speeding through things and causing a whirlwind of messes that her manager had to clean up. The manager was fantastic but the overall rating of this office due to the messes and the unprofessionalness is incredibly low.

I would not go back to this place again! Ever. Not only that, but when all of this mess unfolded, the manager left her door open in their hole-in-the-wall office and I could, clear as day, hear her yelling and screaming at the lady who made this mess to begin with. I do believe the lady should have been chastised but to do it with her door open so the whole office could hear, just once again played into their unprofessionalism.
