I have been a loyal customer for many years. I had problems years ago with them not processing the auto claim in a timely manner. It took month's to complete. Then they hired some new people and were actually very good. I need them to fax my Insurance info to the credit union so I can refinance my house they can't even do that. I've called twice and requested this and its been two weeks now and still nothing. I found out that all the good people left and the old ones from twenty years ago are running it again.
