Today I called to add a vehicle to my policy, and spoke with Maria De Leon she was very polite, attentive and professional. She asked me if I was a Costco, AAA or Sam's member and since I am, I got a super awesome discount. Thank you Maria for all your help and for my discounts. You are the BEST!

Andrea Rodrigues and Javier Cano provided excellent services providing the quote and explaining the policy with me. They also helped me and took the time patiently waiting to get my home insurance claims disputed. All thru out maintaining professionalism. I really appreciate these two individuals. Mercury/AIS saved me a lot of money in insurance compared to Farmers for almost the same policy.

Shane Case was the person who helped me and he really went the extra mile to make sure I received the best quote possible and was very patient with me! He makes AIS look really good just for the fact he's employed under them!

Today my husband & I assisted my cousin with obtaining Mercury homeowners insurance after switching from Pacific Specialty (I do not recommend Pacific Specialty insurance company at all!). Everything was done over the phone & on line with the assistance of ASI Sales Rep Guadalupe Valencia. This young lady was so helpful, patient, friendly, & above all, informative with the services that we needed.

She answered all of our questions without any hesitation. We were placed on hold, but we didn't mind waiting because she was so patient with us. If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I would. Excellent, excellent customer service. Guadalupe provided us with service above & beyond what is required.

I switched insurance companies, and after switching, I noticed an issue with my premium. I called AIS to fix it. I spoke with a few people, but Andrea truly stood out. I was very concerned and a bit frustrated, but she put my mind at ease with not only her words but her actions. She did everything possible to help me and ultimately was able to fix the problem completely.

She did it with a great attitude and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I am thoroughly impressed with Andrea's customer service. Every company needs someone like her on their customer service team!

So in brief summery, i wanted to get a "quick" quote on a change in coverage Premium for a different state. Keep in mind I already purchased a policy for 6 months. I called in on the day my payment was due. I attempted to get the cost differential. All the person on the phone was interested in was getting my money "1st". This all said; all i believed i need to do was give her the zip code. ( right?) that said the call ended badly. By me just hanging up. She said that I need to answer a slue of questions? WHY? just give me a "General Idea" hats all. giver or take 10-20 a month.

WOW. My customer service rep REALLY went above and beyond for me. Cesar was patient, professional, thorough, attentive, and kind. He stayed on the phone with me for almost an hour after closing time. He got the job done at a price I was happy with, and my policy was active by the end of our call. He paid attention when I said I was bummed I couldn't get a multi-policy discount, and he actually researched it the following morning. THEN. Cesar called me to say he'd found an even better option that provides the discount I was after!

He did all his homework before suggesting the switch and made everything perfectly simple for me. I am now paying MUCH less and I'm thrilled with the service I received! I'll definitely recommend AIS to my friends and family around the country, and I'm sincerely impressed with Cesar's dedication and professionalism. Thank you, Cesar! :-D

Shane Costa helped me. I've been driving for over 15 years and it was the first time getting my own insurance. Shane was helpful, earnest and friendly. Prior to speaking to him I had reached some VERY sketchy characters. I was relieved when I finally got a human with a sense of integrity on the other end. I am a very happy customer! My luck with finding the right and affordable insurance has been a journey. I got the best deal EVER! Thanks to Javier Cano! He provided world class customer service, I told him my situation and he was very understanding and said "don't worry I'll find a great policy for you". This review pertains to Maria De Leon! She was amazing! I had done a lot of shopping for car insurance for my new car and all other competitors were extremely pricey and their agents simply sucked. I either got bored to death listening to them blabber or just felt like they were definitely trying to rip me of. Maria was to the point and honestly got me the best rate ever on my car insurance.

She explained my policy to me thoroughly and was super knowledgeable and personable in doing so. She also was prompt in getting all my documents over to me during the time I was on the call with her. Great service and thank you again! I've had Mercury for over 5+ years and they've been great!
