When not working late in the office, Denise spends time with her beautiful granddaughters at her farm. Denise and her husband, Thomas, enjoy spending their weekends riding their motorcycle all over Pennsylvania.

Tyler is so kind, patient and attentive with my elderly father. My dad has a lot questions and needs some extra help sometimes, and Tyler is always there to address all of his needs. I was shopping around in the hopes of switching my homeowners and auto insurance and thought I would support a local business. I walked in to get some basic information and to ask what they would need from me to get some quotes. I was less than impressed with the lack of interest or friendliness I received when I walked in the door. When I started to explain what I was there for, the receptionist was rude, almost like I was bothering her.
I was then called to the back of the office by another lady who never introduced herself or appeared to even care that I was a potential new customer. Before I could even sit down the lady rattled off a few questions and said we can't do anything unless you have all your information. What happened to being courteous and trying to be helpful? Sad to say I was very disappointed and left there feeling like I was not a valued potential customer; I will not be going back.
