I got them think it was13 months ago or 7 not sure which. At first was great my agent called me back within minutes. Than i went 31 days wo insurance and they found me another company to use i called to take a vechicle off and it kept telling me i owed different. So i also had question so i called my agent for 6 hrs and never heard from her for over 30 hrs.
Finally told the company they had me insured through to cancel. Oh the headache of trying to do that and the hoops they tried to make me jump through. The customer service person i talked to the 35 or so made the mistake of telling me they got my email. Than tried to backpeddle and say they didnt luckily all my calls are recorded to. Finally almost 2 days later got policy cancelled on cars no longer owned.
