It was good. Until I called one day to say I would b two days late on my payment. And the lady pulled up my policy and said u have a 10 day grace period. Cool I said. Went in two days later and the other lady said your insurance has been dropped and u r going to have a flag on your record for no Insurance. Now that was bad business. But I'm human as is she and we do make mistakes. So I had to renew my Insurance and pay a 125$ to OMV for someone else mistake. But other then that I have had no PROBLEMS
