I was shopping around for car and home insurance and had spoken to all of the big names but decided to try a local business to get that personal touch as well as to support small local business. I saw that the Mitchell agency had thirty 5 star reviews, a perfect score; so I went there. Everyone was really nice and took my information and let me know they would have a quote for me the next day.

I didn't hear from them for most of the next day and eventually had to call them and leave a message. When they returned my call I was told that they were still shopping around my needs and would get back to me the next day. I said that was fine because two days later was my deadline to make my choice. It has been a week and counting yet no one has given me a call or email.

I ended up going with one of the big names. It's sad as I was hoping the local business would have been competitive and there would be someone I could give a call if I had a quick question or concern.

We've been with the agency a few years now and Jessica Martinez responds right away, helps us find the best options to meet our insurance needs while also being cost-conscious, and takes her time to explain the details to this non-insurance-trained person! She stays on top of our policies so we don't have to worry and can focus on what we do best because she's doing her best to service our business. She is incredibly valuable to us.

Rachel is a dream to work with - she answers questions clearly and simply, gets right back to us whenever we have a concern. Keith explores every option to keep our organization compliant - yet keeping our costs as reasonable as possible. They consistently present options for us to reduce incidences and maximize safety for our staff. The staff in the office are welcoming, polite and never seem to be having a "bad" day!

I've been working with Jessica Martinez for several years now. She is the face of Mitchell Agency for me and I couldn't feel more like a "cherished" customer than I've been made to feel. Knowledge, expertise, and willingness to explore different underwriters for better rates or coverage is what Jessica has provided for me. There is no chance I'd be looking elsewhere for Insurance. I might add that currently have been placed with Liberty Mutual on my policy and my experience with Liberty for various policies has been more than satisfactory.
