This advantage care health center is very clean and bright. Some d decoration in outside of the entrance and a wide big floor for front desh or welcome desk. This building is a huge business place and has other business inside, like Chase Bank, Airforce. Roadside parking is not suggested because there is a chance to get parking violation summon.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness A TOTAL DISGRACE! BEEN CALLING SINCE NOVEMBER OF 2020 TO GET PAYMENTS REISSUED SINCE EMBLEM SENT THEM TO WRONG ADDRESS. FIVE MONTHS OF DISCONNECTED CALLS AND LIES. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. WORST REPS IN ANY BUSINESS. THEY HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF INSURANCE, CLAIMS, OR ANYTHING. REPORTING TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION.

After seeing the heavy advertising suggesting that " normal" is not okay and that everyone wearing masks is okay. It is more than clear that you are in the business of keeping people sick and are taking advantage of the pandemic to profit. I would never consider Emblem Health as a medical insurance after seeing this company spending so much money on sick advertising, which if undone, would make the price of health insurance much cheaper. This adverts you are running take away from my experience of being a healthy human being.

I'm on medicare and just switched to Emblem for supplementary. It is the WORST experience. Customer service promise call backs that never come, problems never resolved and their customer service reps have NO knowledge of the insurance business and have no clue how to help. I have been trying to resolve an issue for 2 months and hours on the phone. Still not resolved.

The hold is more than 1 hour and whenever I am transferred to a Rep the call ends because noone wants the call. Its insanee! I am officially making a complaint with the INSURANCE COMMISSIONER. I have been trying to get claims reprocessed that are denying in error and whenever I do get some it's just 3 claims and I have to call and call and call and call all over again. Horrible ins company

I wish i could have given them no star. This is the worst insurance i have ever dealt with. They had me going back and forth for the last three month with ny state market place and them. Every time i call its a different story. They change my kids id #s and i was not aware and they cancelled my kids insurance. i then reapplied with the marketplace for it to be active and they told me that the ny state market place never sent them the information.

When the NY state back dated my kids insurance they told me they never sent the information over. i then called again and they said i need to send a check, which i did and now they cash the check and cannot find where the check was posted. NY state is showing that my kids are active but, with them is a whole different story.

This is hands down THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I work for a huge practice and dread every time I see somebody has their plans. the representatives that work here are completely clueless. you get transferred all over with no help. you even ask for supervisors and they have no idea either. hold times are 1 hour PLUS almost every time you call. I cannot even believe this is a functional business. HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Worst insurance company for us. We live in NJ - hardly any of our doctors take this insurance anymore - one by one they leave the network - we have to travel 45 minutes to an hour to get a practice that participates in the Emblem/formerly Ghi network - even the practices listed on the website are not accurate.

Well this is my insurance company and the corporate address I am assuming on the back of my card. Here is something that customers and employees need to hear. I have noticed in the last week for the first time for me, that my calls to customer service are now going overseas to the Philippines and India. And this angers me so much. Not only is my private medical plan and my information on a computer there, but your jobs at this company are at risk.

We need to speak out about this and complain. I asked to speak to a rep from the USA and was hung up on, kept on hold three separate times for over twenty minutes and when asked for a superviser nobody came to the phone. As well as being told by this Filipino that they would not and could not send my call to America. Finally on the fourth call of the day, got somebody in Florida and got the help I needed and made a complaint. Said somebody will contact me by phone or in writing.

Yeah right. Please ask to speak to a U.S. rep and complain about this to anyone and everyone. Our private info is on computers in India and the Philippines handled by third world people.

The worst insurance company that I have ever dealt with. They do not have a 24 hour service. Their representatives know very little. The computer system hasn't been working in months. You can only see your primary care physician, even if within the same office as another physician. They want ER over Urgent Care when a problem. I would strongly advise using this company. I have already written to senators and the BBB about this company, everything is very shady.

So apparently, these people are basically a money collection service with little or no on-line help, it's 2018 for pity's sake, EVERYTHING is on-line. their representatives know very little and can help with almost nothing and if you transition to another health care provider or want to get off because you're going on Medicare, good luck. they will keep shuffling you off from rep to rep to rep. best advice? look for Empire, United or another provider and get away from these people as fast as you can.
