Our first office, in downtown Panama City, FL, had no front window, and "Miss Jean" simply rolled down the blinds at the close of day. Sad that service seems to have gone down. Wrote on Mon 2 May that we would like to come in and discuss new insurance options. No response. Wrote again on Thur 5 May. By Mon May 9th still no response. Wrote to agent again on 10 May and info@Hutt (just in case agent was no longer there). Got a response back the same day and replied we'd like to come in and discuss options (was hoping to arrange time since agent stated she was out a lot in 10 May response).
As of Fri 20 May still had not received a reply. First thought was is this what its going to be like when I need them like in another hurricane? Cancelled insurance and went with KIN which was a very responsive company having high customer reviews which to me is important. I suspect that they need to hire help in the Hutt office. Seems like they have just gotten too busy to provide satisfactory customer service
