ICA does not outsource any of its data entry over-seas. That means when you call in to the ICA office, you reach one of our highly trained staff or your designated account representative. Not a call-center filled with people who do not know the nuances of your particular program. David Huett assumed the duties of Managing Partner of ICA in 2011 after retiring from EnRisk Services, Inc. of Fort Worth, Texas.
Since ICA serves many different industries that use different terms for vendors and contractors, we have created a term that applies to everyone: "Certifying Entity, " or "CE." ICA is hired by companies to verify the contractual requirements with the insurance coverages being submitted by these Certifying Entities.
