Worst insurance company ever. Nearly 6 months after my accident an the finance company still can't get a hold of them, my lawyer is having to get involved. Looks like the only way to get ahold of anyone is to show up at the office!

A complete joke of a company after my attorney read the fine print, we realized I didn't have any type of insurance coverage. Will be reporting to BBB as well as the "agent" that set me up with this disgrace of a company.

Where do I start, hard to get in touch with adjusters period! To much back & forth also I did all the work as requested, turn them in but still nothing! No sort of customer service. Hopefully leaving the supervisor a message on her voicemail (Britney) should work. my original adjuster was Ms. Gonzales than the change it to Mr. Jordan without telling nor did the new adjuster try to reach me, I had to find out from the claims operator Ashley that they had changed my adjuster!

Do NOT. GIVE MONEY TO THEM They have told me my check was in the mail now for 6 weeks and will not give me a straight answer about my approximately 850.00 dollar refund. Oh they cancelled per my request after 230.00 dollar price increase. My escrow pmt has gone up 150.00 ea mo now because of their lack to refund $ so I can get it to bank. Now I have double escrow charges.

Don't don't worse company did not post to my account after payment was pulled over said I did not have insurance now I have a ticket car impounded and no after hours workers settle my insurance I'm stuck for the weekend worce company ever

The worst insurance company in the history of man. I paid my bill and they didn't even post it to my account, in turn my insurance lapsed. Do not waste your time or energy trying to get insurance with these frauds!

Their insured careened across 2 lanes, jumped a raised median, sped wildly across 3 more lanes, jumped a curb, crossed a sidewalk and grass, sideswiped our sign, demolished 2 metal barrier poles set in concrete, totaled a parked car, and damaged another parked car. They claim no liability and refused to communicate reasonably while dragging the process out for months (in violation of the law). Worst insurance company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Stay away! They don't pay!

Horrible Customer service Experience. The claims department is significantly unprofessional and dishonest. I have filed a claim through them and a repeatedly nightmare. I will change insurance company pronto. Will report to the Better Business Bureau now. Everyone needs to be replaced immediately with a team who cares and is truthful.

This company is the absolute worst! They don't have auto pay or a paperless Billing System, meaning that you can't do or see anything online. Your payment date changes for no reason at all, it has never been and can't be explained to me. after all of this you still will get a $15 late fee if you're more than 48 hours late making a payment. If your payment is due on a Saturday it's 24 hours because they're not open on the weekends and will charge you because they're not there.

I have been informed by customer service with a big attitude and terrible service that my money will be given back to me in 30 days by deducting that amount from my bill. In my opinion doing business with this type of insurance company is similar to using a payday loan. Their survival is based on the destitute and the Have Nots. it's hard to believe that these people would actually have your back in the case of an accident!

Very old name in Insurance industry in southern USA, great team which serves the customers and partners well. It has been in business for decades and has made customers Happy. Recent developments include using technology to improve processes, reduce cost and enhance services for customers.

Ducking responsibility This company has been ducking its head and avoiding any and all responsibility. I have contact them 8 times. The first time I was given a claim number and a contact have contact them 8 times. The first time I was given a claim number and a contact person. No return phone calls. The second attempt a new person and number were given to me for a contact.

I called, and was given yet another name and number plus told the claim number I had was incorrect. I was given a new claim number and another person to handle this insurance. I called and went through two more names and numbers. I've left messages. It has been almost two weeks since her accident. They should not have their insurance license.

My daughter was hit by an 18-year-old drunk driver she has severe injuries and her 3 year old car was totaled. Southern General needs to step up and accept liability. The drunk driver and his 16-year-old passenger, who was hyped up on drugs, never slowed down, they rear-ended my daughters CR-V. They were driving a VW Jetta. Their car was going so fast my daughter's front wheel brake marks were two feet behind her rear wheel when she was finally pushed to a stop The other car partially went under her car. The spare tire that is located in the rear, under a floor cover, was sheared off. It flew through the car and hit.

I hate companies that think they can do what they like and get away with it. Today insurance house called me and told me I owe them more money. I had gotten a bill with my renewal on October 4th. I paid what the bill stated I owed. I was then informed they needed another $51 or my policy would not renew. I was also told that my monthly payments were going up.

No one bothered to tell me. I was informed that my broker was supposed to tell me. I have been with them for a few years. Never missed a payment. In fact, I always get a refund check at the end of my policy term. I was told they couldn't work with me. In fact they couldn't work any policy owner. So I am shopping for new insurance. Good bye. I don't do business with companies that are so cold.

Also known as Southern General Insurance. As I write this review I am seething with anger. This is the most poorly run company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I cannot wait to file a claim with the insurance commissioner. Their client ran me off the road. I had to deal with some awful woman (Aeisha) who made my already stressful situation even worse.

They tried to get my insurance to deal with it.and I had to play private investigator so my insurance didn't get dinged. I had to get the police report, the license plate and a ton of other information. I had to hold their hand through the entire process. After two weeks they never offered me a rental car or did anything to help the situation.

I kept having to call Aeisha who NEVER returned calls. God forbid this lazy woman would actually do any work. When I finally went into the office she got into an argument with my boyfriend and myself. Most unprofessional nasty woman I have ever met in my life. The office itself was dirty and run down. If you have to deal with this insurance company get ready to fight for every dime.
