Received a quote. Accepted the offer. Signed the docs and 10 days later I'm told a mistake was made (not sure if on the insurance company or the broker side) and my annual premium is actually $500 more. The broker and the insurance company are pointing fingers at each other and neither would let me cancel the policy without penalty.
