Avoid at all cost. They never reply your email. I have filed a claim 4 months ago and they still not reply and answer the phone. Basically they just take your money and never response. Also they block all negative reviews (it is rather telling the fact review) on Insuremytrip.com so customers only get to see the positive reviews. Never use this unreliable insurance agency and also WorldTrips (Formerly HCC Medical Insurance Services)

Travel insurance used to be something you'd think about if traveling overseas. But as we hear about fights being cancelled by the hundreds, and it taking several days to get passengers rescheduled, it's increasingly important for domestic travel. Insure my Trip has become my first port of call before I travel to any destination I couldn't simply drive home from.

I called customer service THREE times over the course of three weeks because they doubled charged by card. Each time, they said they couldn't do anything and they would send to finance to take a look and that finance would get back to me. Finance never got back to me, and I have not received a refund. Do not purchase anything from this FRAUDULENT company.

Insure my Trip is a brokerage and offers a huge variety of plans depending on your specific travel insurance needs. I have used them for my annual 2 month winter vacations for the past 10 yrs. I've had to collect on policies 2x in a decade of travel and they and the insurance companies they've sent me up with were excellent to work with. The customer service at Insure My Trip is very good and thorough. I highly recommend them to my friends and anyone else traveling!
