Andrea and David Block met at a New York Life Executive Council Meeting in Norfolk, VA in August of 1984 and married the following year. In 1992, they purchased Insurance Specialties, Inc. (ISI) -- a Pennsylvania corporation, and transformed the agency from a brokerage agency that specialized predominantly in life insurance into a specialty health agency.

Scam! Horrible! This is the agency you should pick if you like your EO Business Insurance going uninsured for a whole month, without you knowing it. We scrambled to get the anoher agency to correct their issue. The staff is Rude especially MARY SMITH the so-called President. Don't use them. Our new Agency is wonderful. Your Welcome!
