I recently had to switch my car insurance, and this agency was a class act, professional, fair, patient and proactive. They provided me with an affordable insurance for my vehicle and my home. My agent Trevor Burton was knowledgeable on the product and he answered all my questions with clarity. He walked me through the product and the services that it would offer.

As first time home buyers, Renee walked us through our policy in detail. She explained insurance in a way that we could understand. We could trust that we knew all the fine print. We assumed we had good coverage with our previous auto insurance company, because they are a reputable company and we had "full coverage", but we did not have as much coverage as we thought. Renee was able to get us better coverage at the same if not better rate. Not only was she thorough, and educated young adults new to the insurance industry, she worked extra hours to help us meet our tight deadline before closing.

I was paying almost $300 a month divided between three different insurance providers. We came in for a walk in consultation and the next day Renee and Theresa had wrapped it all up and saved me a hundred bucks a month while providing me with better auto coverage than I had before. Not only that, but we also have a renters insurance policy as well.
