You will be provided a licensed agent designated as your Personal Risk Manager. They will roll up their sleeves and guide you through the complex maze of the insurance industry so that your coverages are accurate and up to date.
Although we enjoy talking to you, we know you are busy. Therefore, you can request changes to your policy 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days a year. You will usually receive a copy of an endorsement to you policy within 10 days, but don't worry if it takes a little longer. Holy smokes- Nikki at JSI is the most efficient and effective insurance agent I have worked with to-date. She is very honest and realistic. She was able to reduce my monthly premium and increase my coverage on both my auto + home policies. The real question is, why are YOU not working with her yet folks?! So far so good! They found me cheaper insurance than what I was paying (over a hundred dollars cheaper). The staff was very friendly when I spoke to them. I was leery because I never heard of them, but I looked at the reviews on google & now I have my proof of insurance. They are legit. With such a huge drop in price from my previous insurance, I wasn't sure what to expect.

I switched to John Scott Insurance and my coverage is better, my rates are lower and my customer service is better than I could ever hope for! Nikki goes above and beyond every single time I ask her for help either changing my policies or understanding my policies or even just the insurance world in general.
