I've tried to reach out to many different locations even corporate numbers regarding a claim but always get voicemail and nobody calls back. So now I'll be getting a lawyer on top of it. Terrible business

My experience has been very negative with the employees at IOA. Lack of responsiveness, follow through and communication. I would not recommend them to anyone.
