Renters insurance covers your possessions against losses from fire or smoke, lightning, vandalism, theft, explosion, windstorm, and water damage from plumbing. However, renters insurance does not cover floods, earthquakes or routine wear and tear.

Ask for Dave! He is the best! I've been with this company for 4 years. My wife 3 years. My kids will be with this company also when they get older and get a driver's license. And they literally never disappoint. They go above and beyond every single time! If I could give them 10 stars I would! Love them! The best company in Massachusetts!

Dave Chrisos goes above and beyond for his customers. He is dedicated to customer service and highly responsive to any needs. He had my back when I was rear-ended by a driver who's car registration and plate transfer wasn't yet processed and pushed to get me the best result possible. Highly recommended!

I have been a costumer of Malcolm and Parsons for over 20 years. Last month I went in and added three of my family members to my automobile policy. At that time I also started a new automobile policy with a new insurance company due to cheaper rates. The old policy ends May 30th and then the new one starts. One of my family members had an accident. with my car Saturday.

On Monday I went to Malcolm and Parsons to report the accident and was told the agent did not add any of my family members to my old policy only the new one. Which means any cars involved in the accident are not covered by my insurance policy. In order to cover the accident I need to add this person to my policy from the start day of May 2016 and pay the added amount right away. Malcolm and Parsons made a big error and is not willing to fix it.

WORST CAR INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO DEAL WITH. I had been with Malcolm & Parsons Insurance for years. They constantly went from Liberty to Safety with higher and higher yearly rates. I own my car. I had never filed a claim or had any accidents that required a claim. I let my husband use my car and he got in an accident. He used my car only twice.

All of a sudden, my premiums are threw the roof. My husbands name is not on my car or insurance. My premium went up to $4500.00. I kept asking them why so much. I never got a straight answer. I came to realize that they were charging me for something my idiot husband had done. This expense should be on his insurance, not mine. Finally after a screaming match with them for not posting my payments saying I never sent in check when I had the receipt and saying my coverage will be cancelled, I lost it. Don't charge me an extra $46.00 for a billing fee and another $25.00 for late fee when they misplaced my payment.

I tried telling them that they are over charging me, I looked for new insurance. I went to A-Affordable Insurance and my premium went from $4500.00 down to $1027.00. I am now paying nearly $3500,00 less for the year. Malcolm & Parsons & Safety Insurance have screwed me over for the last time. People should not give them any business. After getting my new insurance with awesome customer service at A-Afforable, Safety has a nerve to send me a bill for $11.27 balance due. Seriously.
