I had an issue with my home owners insurance and reached out to them to correct the issues and they did not help me at all. When I purchased the insurance from them someone keyed in the mileage from my home to the fire station wrong and my district also received a better ISO Rating. When calling them numerous times about the issue they always stated that they would call me back but I always had to call them back.
After attempting one more call to them I was informed by one of the agents that there was nothing more that he could do for me. After hearing this from him I called the insurance carrier myself and explained the situation to them and in 10 minutes it was all corrected. Sometimes you just have do things on your own and not rely on a lazy agent.

Jones Insurance has taken amazing care of me for years. Most recently, April Lombard, Group Benefits Client Manager, did some major handholding for me through a job transition which required a change in my benefits. She was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, courteous, kind and supportive every step of the way, and I really can't thank her enough. Jones Insurance is the very best!
