Chad has been my mom's agent for many years. When she was in a car accident Chad found out about it before she even got to the hospital and he got the paperwork started. He took care of everything for us so we could focus on mom, she pulled through the accident hut had alot of complications and will never be the same. We switched our home and auto coverage to Kauffman Insurance Agency after our previous agent made a total mess of things when we were moving to a new home (and made no attempt to fix things.) Chad took care of everything, took the time to explain what he was doing, and saved us money in the process.
