I have dealt with many different insurance companies, and Lance McDonald at Lewis Insurance Agency was the best. Lance always got back with me within a couple hours, and always obtained the information I needed. He worked very hard to obtain me the best insurance at the best price. I highly recommend Lance and the Lewis Insurance Agency.

This company has really bad policies and owners. I was insured with them for my home and then my insurances went up 80% so I asked them to get a new company for me and they said ok. Next I receive texting saying we will no longer insure your home without you cars added on to it. Anyways I said no I dont want to change my car insurance and they said okey we will not insure your home. Which I believe is against the law to do that. Unfortunately this is entirely TRUE because I have the text messages to prove it.

I have had Insurance with one of the largest auto insurance companies that say they save you 15% They constantly raised my rates, as a reward for being a loyal customer over 15 years. I noticed Lewis & Lewis Ins does business, and shops your ins rate with many companies. So, I came in the office for a quote, and left with the same Ins coverage with another company, and saved just over 50% Thanks Kelli.

Lance was great to work with. He helped me get an insurance policy for my home and also helped me to save money compared to previous policies carried. Overall a great experience, I am very pleased.

The customer service experience I had with Lewis Insurance Agency was second to none! I recently needed to transfer an existing homeowners policy and I'm so happy with the decision I made to move it here. Lance couldn't have made it any simpler for me! I was able to sign my documents digitally just MOMENTS after requesting the transfer. I think it's important to note that I contacted this agency around 4PM and their office closes at 5.

My request could have been postponed until the following business day, but it wasn't. In fact, within the hour he was on the phone with underwriting to put a rush on transferring the policy because we were on a pretty tight timeline. By 5:00 he informed me that the insurance company had processed the change. The next morning I received a message from him that he had received the renewal from the company and would be forwarding it to our lender.

The turn around time was simply incredible and I can't imagine a better customer service experience than the one I had at Lewis Insurance Agency! Looking forward to being a customer for many years to come.

Lance was a wonderful representative to deal with! Looked over our previous insurance and found us the same and better coverage for much less than we were paying after being with the prior company for over 20 years. He also keeps in touch and continues to help find the best deals with the same coverage!

Kelli Lee goes above and beyond to help our family with all our insurance needs and is always willing to help no matter what time of day. With 3 children ranging from 16 to 26 it seems we are always needing something and she gets us answers very quickly. Excellent customer service and I would recommend to anyone!
