Not all associations need the same level of coverage.

This used to be an excellent company to get car insurance. I did business with them for about twelve years. They were based right in downtown Westborough MA. They also had nice modern looking offices. Now they've moved out of Westborough and are located in a very difficult place to find off route 9. When I called I heard they are now all working from home. (?)

I tried cancelling my insurance policy back on 7/21 after getting a new vehicle and receiving a quote from Geico for over $2,000 less a year than what was offered here. I had already gotten rid of the vehicle I had insured with them and had Geico send over the 2A forms. Much to my surprise I was again charged for my extremely over priced insurance even after I had done everything I needed to to cancel.
After getting them on the phone and expecting a call back, I received an email instead saying that they just cancelled it today but have still yet to refund me my premium and left over money from last month. Highly recommend checking our Geico.
