HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company to deal with! No one gives you a straight answer and they don't know their own policies! It's not pleasant to ask them for anything because it takes forever or you don't get any satisfaction at all because they always send wrong information! Was rooked into dealing with them when I started a ROTH IRA with a retirement specialist I thought was sent from The USPS

If I could give it zero stars, I would. The treatment I received from these people was abhorrent. They do not care at all about customers--only about covering their own behinds. Juanita was extremely condescending; she made sweeping generalizations about my application and only seemed able to offer "that's just how it is" as her explanation to anything. Her boss, Mike, cares even less. I filed a complaint about them with the office of the state commissioner of insurance.

This has been an absolutely horrible company to deal with for my short term disability. I was injured on 1/11/2020 and this company has only contacted me once, on 2/17 after calling to check on the status of my claim. All calls regarding my claim been initiated by me. It is February 17, 2020 and I still have not received a payment from being off work since January 12th.

The latest hang up was a supposed date in question. When I went and spoke directly to our HR person, she showed me the paperwork that was sent in with dates that were clearly stated. Finally got my first returned phone call today to tell me that it now has to go through another review process! Unbelievable!
