B&B RV recommended taking this junk insurance and we took this and our vehicle broke down and on mail for my trip insurance a number was provided and we contacted and they say they do not recognize membership ID starting with TC but asking it has to start with 22

My company has been using MBA for awhile now and it's worked out really well. We rent out motorcycles and haven't had any issues at all. Josephine is our point of contact and she really goes above and beyond to help us and answer any questions. I had accidentally made a mistake on my online portal and was in panic mode. I called them immediately, but they were closed. Unfortunately, there's a bit of a time difference.

I emailed Josephine and told her my situation. I couldn't believe how quickly she got back to me and helped me out. It was truly above and beyond and is what prompted me to write this review. So, a huge THANK YOU to MBA and also to Josephine. We appreciate all your hard work!

Horrible company! Would not recommend getting insurance through them at all! Service is very inconsistent. Owner is a horrible human!

We use MBA insurance for our RV rental business. We find it to be far better and more seamless than platform insurance through P2P sites or other insurance options out there. The folks in the office are always very responsive to my questions and needs. We have had one claim and it went smoothly with a settlement we were happy with. Further, each year, MBA Insurance puts on a RV Rental School where they bring in experts in the industry who are very candid with their valuable knowledge. This is a huge value add to my experience with MBA Insurance.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. We spent 2 weeks trying to get any sort of answer from this company. When we called to follow up with them the person who answered the phone told us they wouldn't insure us because they claim there was damage to our vehicle. Just to be clear the damage they are referring to is dirt. DIRT. They then proceeded to argue with us about it without seeing the vehicle. The customer service is beyond awful, I can't even imagine trying to make a claim with this company. Bottom line: I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy.

Ally at MBA insurance has been fantastic. She has completely been an advocate for me through the process of getting my RV rented. I highly recommend Ally as well as MBA insurance!

MBA is a shady company that operates with zero respect for their customers with the mindset of, "if you don't like it then go somewhere else". They also keep your deposits even once your policy is over. They figure if you are no longer their customer then it's ok to screw you over. I DO NOT recommend using MBA insurance for anything. They are criminals that work off of fine print.

I was referred to MBA by a friend of mine from NJ. Before calling MBA, I shopped around for a whole week and didn't get any traction on finding a company that can cover my rental car business. I worked with Lynn and quickly received a quote via email that I thought was very fairly priced. I have never filed a claim with MBA to know how quickly they take care of me, and I hope I never have to, but so far they're allright in my book.
