For more than a decade, we've partnered with the Everett Public Schools Foundation to collect and distribute donations of back-to-school supplies to low-income students.

We recently had the pleasure of working with McClain insurance community to review all of our insurance packages. We worked with Dova for our earthquake insurance and Laura for auto, homeowners and umbrella policies. They reviewed many different options to find us the best coverage and prices. In the end we saved over $2000 a year in cost. They were very knowledgeable, thorough, quick to respond, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them for your insurance needs.

Mary (if I remember correctly) was incredibly friendly and welcoming as she answered first. She transferred me to Caitlin who listened to my needs, explained my options, and continued to explain further questions until I had made my decision. She made it so easy! McClain is amazing! I've worked with Caitlin and Laura and they've both been great - super responsive, professional, and always answer my (many!) questions. I've always felt like they're truly invested in helping me find the right option. Certainly feels a lot more personal than some of the larger insurance agencies! 100 percent would recommend them!

When shopping for my first car insurance, working with Nick at McClain was exactly what I needed. As someone unfamiliar and overwhelmed with the process, Nick answered any questions I had, and he made it easy to understand the differences between different insurance policies. Nick found insurance that was both affordable for me, and would keep me protected - two important items to me. I'd recommend McClain, and Nick, to anybody who is looking for insurance.

I have been with this insurance service for my adult life (20years almost) I am so thankful I have found them. They have always given excellent service and given us all the tools to make sound insurance decisions. From annual check ins that have reconfigured our packages to save us lots of money every year to Christmas cards, small gifts and even a personal call if an accident was reported, they go above and beyond.
They even anticipate any possible needs based on our phone conversations. My daughter loved the mini bundt cake treat after we were in a minor accident. You treat us like family. We appreciate you Claudia and Nick! Keep up the great work.

Claudia McClain and her staff are the most professional group of agents around. Every time I call them they are quick to respond. In fact the other day, Claudia responded to me on a Saturday! How cool is that. The other great part is that they are so involved in the community. It's great to do business with those people who are interested in people over just making a buck.

I wish there were more than 5 stars to give to McClain Insurance because they deserve so many more! I have had the privilege of working with McClain for a number of years. I had auto insurance with them when I was younger and for some reason left. We have since returned to McClain with our homeowner's and auto policies and are so grateful to be back! Claudia is an incredible woman who not only takes the time to answer our (many) questions, but makes us feel like we're family.
Her heart is huge and her care is second to none. I have never been excited to talk about insurance, but I sure get a smile on my face after speaking with Claudia. She has a sincerity for people that I only wish I had. Our direct agent is Nick and he is also incredible. He is a man of his word who calls when he says he will, reminds me to take action when necessary, and explains our benefits in a way that's understandable.

McClain Insurance has the most wonderful, nice, caring agents! As soon as you walk in they greet you with a smile. They always do their best to help with all my questions and finding me the best possible deal. We have our cars and renters insurance with them. Any other insurance company would've charged us an arm and a leg because were so young, but Laura found us an amazing deal, and we couldn't be more thankful! If your looking for an amazing one of a kind insurance company look no further!
