I used McDonald Zaring for the seven years that I lived in Walla Walla. They have fantastic customer service and are always on the ball. They really go above and beyond to make the process of managing multiple insurance policies completely painless. They are flexible about how you contact them - phone, email, in person. Unlike the big insurance companies, I never had to deal with people not answering their phone for days, or technical issues making payments. Definitely recommend.

Worst experience on auto insurance. I was misquoted when I bought my truck and when it came time to pay my first payment it was almost double the quote and put me in a financial bind.don't trust Glenda

Dropped off paperwork to get a quote for my business insurance over 2 months ago. I still havent recieved a call back or any further contact at all. Terrible customer service from Kim.

Always had good service on existing policies, but had a ridiculously hard time reaching the necessary people to get new types of policies, finally went elsewhere. Everyone was friendly and did a good job but communication was consistently a problem.
