Casandra Cavanaugh: The best agent I've had in the 10 years I've been with McShea! She sure does know her stuff and how to help us understand the coverage we needed! I now have all 4 of my policies covered by her, she's efficient and thorough in her work while having enough patience to help my wife and I above and beyond with the computer stuff.

Hardworking and helpful-When I called with questions on my home insurance, I started out frustrated because normally every time I call for my agent, she either isn't working that day or I am sent to a message machine. But today, a different agent [Cassie] was able to pick up my call instead and she was extremely knowledgeable on everything including my car insurance as well-very intelligent on everything and unbelievable customer service skills.

I would highly recommend McShea Insurance! They were very prompt and professional and Tori was able to use her knowledge to get me a huge savings while also including hurricane protection and customizing the policy to my needs! Definitely ask for her if you plan to use the Centerville location! Michele and everyone in the office was wonderful as well!
