Although we've been with McSweeney for almost 2 decades, we recently ran into HUGE trouble with our kids changing us from golden-clean suburbia-family drivers to total insurance-menaces with nightmare rate increase of almost double. We are radioactive to insurance companies now. Ugh. Sad. (why did we have kids? Lol ) Cindy spent literally weeks trying dozens of insurance companies with seemingly 100 different ways to bring down the rates, and found amazing solutions for us to drastically bring the entire policy back down to earth. Miracle-thousands of dollars found/saved.
It is just so rare to have "people" who will make anything and everything happen for you, and don't stop until they get it perfect. I can't tell you how much of a relief it is to have them swoop in and solve our self-inflicted disaster. In 2016 my son and I purchased a home in Massachusetts. We are originally from New York and the process was much different in this new state for us. We were referred to Jessica Logan from McSweeney & Ricci, Braintree location to obtain a Homeowners policy. From the beginning, it was a pleasure working with Jessica as she stepped us through the process as well as obtained the best insurance for the lowest rate.
A short time later it was necessary to transfer vehicles from NY to MA and obtain Auto Insurance. Again, there are major differences in this process from NY to MA. I am a detail person and must have emailed with Jessica what feels like a million time with questions. She always remained patient, courteous and extremely helpful! In the four years we have lived in MA, we have now obtained Homeowners, Auto, Boating and Business Liability Insurance for my son's Real Estate Brokerage through McSweeney & Ricci, Braintree.
We are now in the process of refinancing our Mortgage (like the rest of all homeowners looking to lower their interest rate). During the Covid19 quarantine, Jessica who has since been promoted to Vice President (and so very well deserved) has handheld me through this process answering questions and providing information and new binders literally within the same day of me emailing with her to provide to the lending institution.all while we are working remotely.
As Vice President, she could have very easily transferred me to another agent, but she has stuck with me every step through a very stressful process providing a calm that she was there to help. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with McSweeney & Ricci - Braintree in every capacity while purchasing the various types of Insurance over the last few years.
I would highly recommend McSweeney & Ricci if you are looking to obtain new insurance of any kind or looking for the best rate out there. I can assure you that you will receive the same 5-star service and best rates that we have over the last 4 years.

McSweeney and Ricci has always gone above and beyond to take care of us. I love to see what the staff is up to by following them on Facebook. Their expertise for your specific needs is outstanding. I wanted full coverage across my house and car, but also an umbrella policy for overarching coverage. Jackie was fantastic to deal with - responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable switching from my old online insurance firm. They just make it easy. Everyone at McSweeney & Ricci is absolutely lovely, but I need to take a moment to highlight the unparalleled service of Ms. Jeannine Urquhart. We had a car emergency and very unexpectedly needed to purchase a new car and get it insured in the same day. Jeannine not only stayed late to process our insurance request, but she also helped guide the car dealership on how to submit paperwork, and then processed our policy and answered my questions from home.
