I work with Drew at Mill Creek insurance and he is excellent! He always returns my calls in a timely manner but most of the time he's able to pick up right when I call. Also if he's unavailable the other staff in the office are very helpful. I recently had to make a claim because my catalytic converter got stolen and with my full coverage through Ohio mutual the process was so seamless to get the repairs done even though I was all the way across the country in Colorado.

Great company to work with. Drew and Brad know their business and do an excellent job of looking out for their clients. I bought a truck over memorial day weekend and didn't think ahead to contact my agent. I emailed on Monday evening (Memorial Day remind you) and get an auto response indicating my agent will be out and date they'll get back, which was too late for what I needed. I emailed the suggested contact the auto response indicated and immediately got an email back saying it would be handled in the morning. I was NOT expecting that on a holiday evening. I'm so so happy we have this incredible agency for our insurance!

I have been a customer for 3 (going on 4) years, and have had nothing but exceptional service from Brad and his team. Professionalism and customer service at its best, folks.
