Horrible customer service, do not return phone calls, when vehicle was in accident repair shop was waiting on word from insurance which never came then insurance tried to charge me for vehicle rental, would strongly not recommend, I will be alright to pay a little more for better customer service

Agent called me reptenting Mc Daniel Trucking said he was trying to settle the claim without filing a claim. Kept trying to cheat me on the damage.
