I was working with an agent named Jamileth. We recently purchased a house in June. Less then a month passed when she cancelled our insurance and did not mention anything to me. A couple of weeks later i received a check from the insurance refunding my money because the roof was "20 years old." Which is not true I provide paper work showing the roof was changed in 2009.
We had already passed inspection. We communicated several times via email but she never mentioned that they they ending my insurance policy. This has been a huge inconvenient headache work with this horrible company.
