DO NOT GET INSURANCE WITH THEM! Complete scam there are an infinite number of exclusions and they will not refund any proper amount of money back. They tried to refund less than my deductible back for a nearly $2k item. DO NOT INSURE WITH THEM

BUYER BEWARE! This company is the WORST! They will find a way to deny your claim even if you do everything right. They helped me fill out all of the paperwork and then used the way the paperwork was filled out to deny my claim. The refused to cover items that went missing and were documented. They refused to cover items the movers broke. On top of this, after making the claim they asked me to fill out paperwork.

This paperwork is incredibly time consuming - you have to provide original receipts for everything and then find the replacement value of everything (which btw they won't even pay for). And then, even when you do everything right, they will still find a way to deny your claim. They will refuse to give you a refund. I moved in August. Its now January. And I have still yet to be compensated. Im still fighting with them. They should not be allowed to do business. Never have I felt more conned by a company.

Very easy to set up and very transparent with movers - the movers knew what to pay extra attention to and reviewed each mentioned item with us after the move. This brought us peace of mind for the whole process.

I did not need to make a claim, but did need to reach out when purchasing the policy to clarify several things. It was easy to reach a live person by phone to answer my questions who then helped me via email as well. Kathy was easy to work with and explained things well to ensure I understood what level of coverage I was purchasing and what was included and excluded, which gave me peace of mind.

I was hesitant at first given the generic name, but was pleasantly surprised at the service that was provided. My wife and I were having issues with our moving company, which is why we reached out to Movinginsurance.com, and they went above and beyond to help shed light on said issues. While I can't speak to their claim side of the business, I can absolutely recommend their customer service.

So far so good. The men who packed their truck with our belongings were very respectful, took care to protect our furniture, and worked hard to get done in a timely manner. We'll see how it all pans out when we are ready for delivery to our new home.

Moving Insurance has very responsive customer support people. All of our questions were answer clearly and quickly when we were setting up our move. And the insurance they provided gave us comfort that our valuable items would be protected during our move and storage.
