Horrible company it's 114 here in AZ and two weeks later still cannot get a returned phone call or email. Finally when I escalate the adjuster was available to speak with me. Told me she needed to speak with the technician. The technician called her back left his cell phone and still no calls back and two days later back to no returned phone calls or emails.

The temps in AZ at 114 are life threatening. They do not care still waiting for their decision. At renewal will be dropping this coverage I guess I can assume by reading other reviews they are KNOWN for only claim denials.

Equipment Breakdown attributed to "wear and tear" and "old age" when the piece of equipment in question was 2 years old and rebuilt prior to replacement. Denied, denied, denied due to old age. Terrible policy because everything can be denied due to wear and tear or old age. Pretty much a scam if you ask me.!

The company is a joke, they want you to pay for their insurance but never want to shell out the money to replace your appliances when it comes time.don't waste your time with them, find somebody else

Very easy process. The rep I was assigned was a pleasure to work with, easy to understand and personable. The claim was reported, processed, assessed and paid within 1 month. Very fair settlement. Couldn't give a 5 star only because this review didn't involve food!

Critical: Value I guess I shouldn't be surprised that a 3rd party insurer doesn't want to pay a claim but I expected better. Live and learn I guess. Don't buy anything from these guys, they will not pay.

Had a the service line policy that was added onto my home owners policy. Had a sewer line that needed repair, after haggling a little bit with the manager they covered all the way up to the $10,000 limit, which was most of the work. Glad I had their policy!

Extremely unprofessional staff (Victoria) working the claims department. I actually had this employee contact and bully/harass me to get information pertinent to a policy holder. Im not the policy holder and yet the staff member prodded me to give priviledged policy holder information. Poor. Just poor

I purchase this policy through my carrier and today they told me that my unit is too old. My unit blower was dirty and coils was dirty therefore they denied the claim. However we have been having our ac service every year and this is a reason to denied it. It should be clear and concise and not bullish.

This company is a con! they won't pay any claims unless they are very small claims. They will reword everything so it's in favor of them not having to pay out. They hire people to come look at your damage that they don't know or have any clue why they are there for besides to turn down your claim. I will see them in court
