Dan came in clutch when I needed him. Andrea was a huge help too, made my Monday quite a bit better. My experience with these kind and hardworking folks has always been a pleasure. Last week I had a large rock attack me while driving down the road, broke my windshield. All it took was one phone call (no horrendous hold or muzak), and everything I needed was done and done in minutes. I'd rate Muir Insurance Group a solid 13/10.

I needed Workers comp insurance but the agent was very short tempered and flatly declined to work with us once I tried to explain that fitting our business in some categories might not be correct. Yes, we definitely "did not get a good start" nor we ever will have a continuation.
