The lady on the phone was rude (cutting off my conversation while I spoke), told me she did not "like paying for people who get Social Security because they decided they no longer want to work";.I had mentioned that I believed it to be more fair if the insurance company would make monetary decisions based on districts as opposed to a blanket decision for all customers. The more I attempted to speak she continued to talk LOUDER, talking over my conversation. Not customer friendly!
