Pay 30% of the premium as a down payment, and then 3 installment payments every 60 days, starting 60 days after the effective date of the policy. Pay 20% of the premium as a down payment, and then 9 installment payments every 30 days, starting 30 days after the effective date of the policy. This option can be done by mailing a check for the down payment, as well as a voided check to set up your ACH payments.
