I use and would recommend Paragon Underwriters, coverage through CNA. Customer service and rates are great. They also offer premium discounts for completing certain risk management continuing education courses as well as for being an ICLE member. Best feature for me was streamlined renewal; minimal time and paperwork was required to renew at the end of term.

Paragon is my go to for insurance, especially professional liability/malpractice. In addition to the malpractice insurance, they provide health insurance, premise, commercial auto, and fidelity for my businesses. Lipson and Rosenberg are great to work with and the entire staff is helpful and prompt. Highly recommend them.

When I first went to David I had no idea of what my insurance needs would be for my brand-new practice. Any concerns I initially had quickly went away - the entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. David took the time to evaluate my needs and fully explain my options. I left his office knowing he had provided me with the right coverage. Later, when the nature of my practice changed, David once again sat down with me to make sure I knew what I needed - and what I didn't need (saved $$). He really knows what he's doing - highly recommended.
