Entering our 8th decade. Not many firms in this industry possess our experience and expertise. We've been around this block a few times. The current leadership is the firm's 5th generation. Parrish-O'Neill was founded emphasizing effective results through strong values. These traits continue to be our foundation and daily drive, the result being an established, reputable, and highly recognized organization. Many insurance buyers simply seek lowest cost, but we've seen the shortcomings of that narrow acquisition strategy.
Scott completed his Private pilot training in Cleveland, Ohio in high school and continued into the Professional Pilot Program at Ohio University. Upon graduation from OU, Scott interned in the aviation department of a large insurance brokerage in Manhattan. Afterward, he returned to regular flying as a flight instructor at Sporty's.
We have found value in partnering with agents that handle all of a buyer's other insurance but does not have the resources or full understanding of aviation. We may act as the arm that solves the aviation insurance program, while the primary agent is able to appropriately integrate with the overall insurance program.
