My husband and I have been customers for many years and have been pleased with the service. Every time I have called with a question or to add to or subtract something from one of our policies, it is always taken care of immediately. There is always someone there to talk to during business hours M-F and only once did I have to leave a message, and my call was promptly returned minutes later.
They are really great at giving accurate pricing and explaining the options on a policy so that I understand what I am paying for and not buying something that I don't really need. Kudos to Mike and his staff for going the extra mile!

I was very happy with the way I was treated. Sheryl was very helpful, and I would recommend this agency to anyone in need of any type of insurance. I have just moved here from Key West, FL. For me the customer service is the best in the business. When we need something Mike and Sheryl are right on top of things for us. Also, insurance is high all around.
